YouTube Focus provides YouTube data extraction, enrichment, and analysis tools through a suite of microservices. Our platform allows you to search channels, analyze videos, track activities, and generate AI-powered insights.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the service to scrape or collect data in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Use automated tools to access the service beyond the provided API.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service.
  • Resell or redistribute our service without authorization.

5. Usage Limits & Billing

  • Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by YouTube Focus. You retain ownership of the data you import and the insights generated from it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTube Focus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
